Terms of Service

Goddess of the Infinite (the "Service") is operated by Pink Pheonix Studios ("we", "us", "our"), a UK sole-trader business. By using the Service you are contracting with Pink Pheonix Studios.

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf, including for any purchase.

Goddess of the Infinite is a browser tower defence game. Basic play is free. Premium is an optional monthly subscription that adds perks such as faster battle speed, auto-wave, bonus Starlight, cosmetic effects, a daily summon and the Endless Challenge leaderboard.

In-game items and currencies (such as Starlight and Mana) have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Display names must not be offensive, impersonate others or infringe rights; we may change or remove names that do.

You must not: use the Service unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload malware, probe, scrape or interfere with the Service's security; reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service; or cheat, exploit bugs or tamper with game data or leaderboard scores.

We own the Service and all its intellectual property, including software, artwork, characters, music, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal entertainment.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Premium costs £4.99 per month (including applicable taxes) and renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; perks remain until the end of the paid period. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

We aim to keep the game running smoothly but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Game progress may be stored in your browser and can be lost if you clear browser data. We may change, balance or remove game features over time.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your account data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of data or progress), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Questions: dev@pinkpheonixstudios.co.uk.
